Cancellation Policy

🚨 SALON POLICIES 🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Thank you so much for trusting me with your hair and respecting my time and business. 🤍 • NEW COLOR CLIENTS: Effective immediately, all new color clients must complete an in-person consultation prior to booking. There is no consultation fee. During your consult, I will assess your hair history and may clip a small strand for a test process if needed. I will then follow up with realistic options, pricing, and a plan moving forward. If you no-show/no contact your consultation you will be banned from booking further. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your specific appointment time and go toward your total service cost. If you book under one person’s name, the deposit may NOT be transferred to another person. If the appointment is for someone else (son, daughter, mother, etc.), their full information must be submitted at the time of booking. • I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations are very difficult to fill. • All services are non-refundable. Due to the time, product, and professional expertise invested, refunds will not be issued once a service has been completed. • No children are allowed at appointments unless they are the scheduled client and/or have proper adult supervision. This is for safety and to maintain a focused, professional environment. If you have any concerns, please notify me within 48 hours so I can review and make reasonable adjustments if necessary. Adjustments do not include changing the original agreed-upon service or achieving results that were discussed as not guaranteed (including services over box dye or compromised hair integrity).
